A deposit of $1000 is required on order to confirm your safari booking.
Cancelation: This deposit is non-refundable unless re-booked in advanced (month before hunting trip)
The balance of the daily rate plus all other payments will be settled at the end of the hunt.
All payments can be made in cash or electronic transfers.
Credit cards can be used at our local bank in town to draw cash. Check with your bank if your card can be used in South Africa.
All quotations issued are valid for 3 months from date of issue due to fluctuation in exchange rates.
Packages are payable in full 30 days prior to the hunt.
We recommend that you have travel, medical and personal insurance for your peace of mind.
